The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided through this website is truthful. The User is accountable for the accuracy of all data they submit and for keeping it up to date so that it reflects their actual circumstances. The User is liable for any false or inaccurate information they provide and for any damages, inconvenience, or problems this may cause Las Abogadas RVA® or third parties.
This information will be stored and managed with appropriate confidentiality, applying the security measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your data, as well as its alteration, damage, or loss.
8. Data Security
The User should be aware that the security of computer systems is never absolute. Las Abogadas RVA® disclaims any liability for the consequences of such acts where the User published the information voluntarily.

10. Response Time
These requests will be addressed within one month. This period may be extended to two months if the complexity or volume of requests requires it. This is without prejudice to our obligation to retain certain data as required by law and until any potential liability arising from processing or from a contractual relationship has expired.

Under applicable data protection rules, users who so request may make arrangements for the disposition of their data after their death.
12. SMS (Text Messaging) Communications
By providing your phone number to Las Abogadas RVA®, you agree and acknowledge that Las Abogadas RVA® may send text messages to your wireless phone number, using automated technology, regarding case details, and ask for documents, including status updates and reminders for important dates or notifications. If you have given your express written consent to receive promotional messages, these may include offers, promotions, and firm updates.
