We took the case to trial, showing that he had initiated an argument and then claimed that she was the aggressor, as well as exaggerating injuries in his police report. Fraud Conviction Vacated and Charges Dismissed
Our client was falsely accused of fraud after a bad breakup. He hired us after having been convicted of felony fraud. We fought to reopen the case, by demonstrating that the alleged victim had lied in her testimony. The judge agreed to reopen the case, and the prosecutors later dismissed the charge without a trial. We immediately filed to expunge his record of the false charges.
CPS Child Abuse Complaint Dismissed on Appeal
We represented a school employee falsely accused of abuse of a student. After losing her job and livelihood, she hired us to appeal the case. We appealed it twice, showing that there was no evidence to support the allegations, and the family who accused her had ulterior motives. On the second appeal, the finding was reversed and the complaint dismissed and our client was able to clear her name.
Acquittal on String of Home Burglaries
We represented a client wrongfully charged in a string of home burglaries. In fact, another person had committed the crime and police mistakenly thought our client was involved because he had socialized with that person in the past. Facing years in prison, he maintained his innocence. We took the cases to trial and successfully presented alibi evidence that our client had been in the hospital with his wife and newborn child during the time the burglaries were committed. The judge dismissed all charges against our client.
Conviction Reversed Based on Illegal Police Search
We successfully appealed the conviction of a client who was convicted of a gun charge after the car he was driving was illegally searched during a traffic stop. The trial court allowed the jury to consider the illegally-obtained evidence, but upon appeal of the jury verdict, the Court of Appeals agreed that the search was illegal and the evidence was thrown out. Our client’s conviction was reversed and dismissed.
Writ of Habeas Corpus Granted and Client Released From Prison
We successfully obtained a writ of habeas corpus for a client who was convicted of multiple counts of sex abuse and sentenced to years in prison. We established that he had received ineffective assistance of counsel and misadvise which violated his constitutional rights. He was released and his case resolved with probation.
False Sex Abuse Charges Dismissed and Record Expunged
Our client was falsely accused of sex abuse charges by a vindictive family member in a domestic dispute. Our client was arrested and held in jail on completely false allegations. We worked closely with the prosecutor to show that our client was not guilty of the accusations, and established with expert testimony that he was not a danger to anyone. He was released and the charge dismissed, and his record expunged.
False Stalking and Assault Charged Dismissed and Client Released
Our client was falsely accused of stalking and assault by someone he met on a dating website. He was arrested and held without bond. We proved his innocence by immediately preparing evidence of his alibi, and by uncovering records that the same alleged victim had made identical false allegations against another person in the past. Our client was released from jail, his charges were dismissed pretrial and his record expunged.

We represented a man who was falsely accused of rape by someone with a personal grudge against him.
